Five years into her US run, Paula Iglesias has settled into a working pattern that’s hard to pull off. She works at two speeds. The fast one looks like commercial production. The slower one looks like a small group of collaborators making short films that take chances on tone and form. Most people in production pick one. Iglesias hasn’t.

That dual-track instinct shows up in how she got here. Coming out of Granada, she didn’t take the most direct route into producing. Her early credits sit in the costume department, and not on small-time productions either. She worked on Spanish-language Netflix series like “Cable Girls” and “Morocco: Loves in Time of War” through Bambú Producciones, which means her introduction to set life happened on big shows with full crews and studio expectations. She also designed costumes for “Noel,” a short that picked up an Award of Excellence in the US and a string of audience and jury prizes across Spain. That kind of background usually nudges someone toward a wardrobe career. Hers nudged her toward producing.

What changed when she crossed over is hard to overstate. Producing pulls from a different muscle than department work. It asks you to think about every department at once, hold a budget in your head, and absorb whatever the day throws at the schedule. Iglesias took to it, and she’s been at it consistently enough that her name shows up across multiple production houses without belonging exclusively to any of them. That’s a useful position. It means she’s stayed in steady demand across companies that work in the low-budget genre space.

She also works with Mini Nation Pictures, a multilingual production company that specializes in water-based film and video work, where she takes on co-producer, line producer, and production manager roles. The water focus tracks with a recurring theme in her broader credits, including titles like “Shark Warning,” “Great White Waters,” “Blind Waters,” and “Swim,” the kind of projects that benefit from crew familiar with shooting on water.

The awards have filled out fast. In 2025, she was attached to three Telly Award Bronze winners across different categories. “Sneak Me In Your Closet, My Prince,” a vertical-format Good Shorts title she line-produced, took a Silver Davey Award the same year. Her work as production manager on “An Aisle Be Home For Christmas” was part of a 2023 Telly Silver and People’s Telly Silver run. The short film side has its own shelf. “A Masterpiece” took Best Short at the New York International Film Festival, where it also picked up the Grand Jury Award, and Best Drama Film at the Amsterdam International Film Festival. “It Never Rains In LA” landed Best Picture at the Hollywood Gold Award and Florence Film Award.

That track record has carried into a busy current slate. She recently wrapped another vertical series for DramaBox, the platform where one of her earlier titles, “Kissing The Wrong Brother,” hit number one and held that spot for four straight months. Around the same time, she joined the production team on an independent film shooting in Kentucky, a new state and a new crew, and the kind of out-of-comfort-zone job most producers don’t volunteer for. Her recent short “Our State” had a premiere with a meet-and-greet for the audience, and she’s currently producing two more shorts, “Endless Death” and “The Night Hag,” that fall on the experimental side of her work.

What’s worth noticing about Iglesias isn’t any single credit. It’s that she’s built a working pattern that lets her stay active across both commercial productions and smaller passion projects. That balance is rare in any creative field, and harder to pull off the further you get into it. The awards are worth noting. The pattern is the thing to watch.

You can find her full list of credits on IMDb, and more on her production work at Mini Nation Pictures.

Most newsletters ask for your attention. Quoted just asks for a minute.

That’s the idea behind Jason Keeley’s motivational newsletter, which lands in subscribers’ inboxes with a single curated quote, a short reflection, and no fluff. Keeley founded Quoted around delivering clear, practical inspiration in a simple, accessible format. The right idea, at the right moment, can shift how you approach your entire day.

The newsletter pulls from a wide range of thinkers, entrepreneurs, and leaders. One recent edition featured George Addair’s well-worn line about fear standing between people and what they actually want. Keeley’s reflection didn’t just restate the quote; it broke down the psychology behind why people stall, why comfort feels safer than it actually is, and why the regret of not trying tends to outlast the pain of failing. It’s a tight piece of writing. You read it in under a minute and find yourself thinking about it at lunch.

Another edition leaned on Robert Collier’s argument that success is just small efforts stacked repeatedly over time. Keeley’s take here is worth noting: he’s not selling the hustle gospel. He’s making the case that consistency is more durable than motivation, and that missing a day doesn’t erase your progress because success isn’t about perfection in any given moment. It’s about the overall trend. That kind of nuance is what separates Quoted from the generic inspirational content that clogs most feeds.

Keeley describes his work as lifting others up, which sounds simple, but the execution takes real editorial instincts. Knowing which quotes age well, which reflections add something beyond the obvious, and how to write a paragraph that actually lands without overstaying its welcome. That’s a craft. Most people trying to run a newsletter like this default to either surface-level positivity or heavy-handed self-help language. Quoted avoids both.

The newsletter also works because it respects the reader’s time in a way that most content doesn’t. One quote. One reflection. Done. There’s something almost countercultural about that right now, when the default assumption is that more information is always better. Keeley’s argument, implicit in every edition, is that a single well-chosen idea applied consistently is worth more than a thousand tips you skim and forget.

Over the next five years, Keeley plans to grow Quoted into something with a genuinely global reach, expanding the community of readers who show up weekly for a different way of thinking about their goals and challenges. Given how the newsletter is built, that kind of growth feels organic rather than forced. It just requires him to keep doing what he’s already doing well: finding the right idea, saying something real about it, and getting it into people’s inboxes before the week gets away from them.

That’s a harder job than it looks. The internet is full of motivational quotes, most of them stripped of context and recycled until they’ve lost any weight. What Keeley is after is different. He wants the quote to actually mean something to the person reading it on a Tuesday morning when they’re trying to decide whether to take a risk they’ve been putting off for six months. Based on what Quoted is already delivering, he’s on the right track.

You can subscribe at onequoted.com or follow along on X.

The post Yoola’s Take on YouTube Content and Growth appeared first on Growth Illustrated.

YouTube has always been a highly competitive environment. What has evolved over time is the level of structure and professionalism behind successful channels. Many creators now operate as media entrepreneurs, building teams, systems, and revenue models around their content. In this context, Yoola, described by the company as an international media company and a YouTube-certified Multi-Channel Network (MCN), positions itself as an infrastructure and growth partner for creators who approach YouTube as a business.

Unlike traditional MCNs that rely on rigid long-term contracts, Yoola operates through a flexible, service-based model. The company states that it provides creators with production optimization, rights management and monetization support, transparent revenue tracking, brand partnerships, financial tools such as upfront payments, and large-scale content localization using both AI-driven and human dubbing. It is also developing AI-powered analytics solutions designed to match creators and brands based on deep audience alignment and performance data. The focus is clear: build systems that allow creators to grow sustainably and internationally.

Yoola says its experience is reflected in its work with creators around the world, including emerging markets. In Nigeria, within the rapidly expanding digital ecosystem called “Digital Nollywood,” Yoola supports creators building direct-to-audience media brands. Comedian Layi Wasabi launched his official YouTube channel with Yoola and, according to public channel figures, reached 100,000 subscribers within a year. Actress and producer Omoni Oboli is described by Yoola as one of the country’s leading creators. Yoola also partners with Brain Jotter, a Nigerian comedian who transformed street-style humor into a viral digital format. According to recent public-facing metrics, his channels and social profiles list about 2.18 million YouTube subscribers and over 286 million views, alongside roughly 14.8 million Instagram followers and 9.5 million on TikTok.

On the global stage, Yoola cites its work with creators as an example of its localization strategy. By launching culturally adapted, fully localized YouTube channels in multiple languages, the company says it expanded a single channel into a multilingual content network with hundreds of millions of views.

As an expert in supporting YouTube creators worldwide, Yoola shares tips on content formats, the use of AI, practical steps for growing a channel, and trends shaping opportunities in 2026.

Content Formats

Yoola notes that faceless channels can perform extremely well, especially in gaming, animation, and emerging interactive formats. Many fast-growing channels in these categories reportedly use this approach to scale efficiently, allowing creators to maintain flexibility in production without appearing on camera.

Use of AI

AI tools are useful for increasing efficiency in content production, from editing to idea generation. According to Yoola, human-created videos continue to attract higher watch time, stronger audience engagement, and greater trust.
AI should be treated as a productivity enhancer, not a replacement for authentic creative direction.

5 Steps for Success When Building a New Channel

By Nikita Kapusta, Director of Product & Creator Partner Development at Yoola:

Produce enough videos before launch and maintain consistent posting for at least the first three months.

Use trending topics or formats, and combine them when possible.

Boost early growth by leveraging other social platforms.

Build every video around a unique idea and avoid repetitive series content.

Create clickable thumbnails and titles, and optimize the channel and videos properly from the start.

YouTube Trends and Opportunities for 2026

Looking ahead, the strongest opportunities appear to remain in entertainment-first content. Entertainment has the broadest audience and can be combined with almost any niche. Fast-growing channels tend to focus on trending topics or formats while adapting them to the creator’s natural strengths. Emerging trends include concepts like brainrot characters or immersive interactive formats, which can potentially drive rapid audience growth and revenue when executed effectively.

YOOLA
Website | IG | in | FB

Most medical practices don’t fail because they can’t treat patients. They struggle because money they’ve already earned sits in accounts receivable, buried under denied claims and billing backlogs. It’s the kind of problem that doesn’t make headlines but quietly drains practices across the country.

Gianni Gonzalez kept hearing the same story from clinic after clinic. A conversation with a doctor in Hawaii made it click. The issue wasn’t unique to one specialty or region. It was systemic. Claims went out late, denials piled up, and practices were hemorrhaging revenue on preventable billing mistakes. That’s when Miixed Realities, the leading Medical Billing Office in El Paso, Texas, was born.

Here’s what makes them different. Miixed Realities places HIPAA-certified US-based billers directly inside a clinic’s existing EHR system. Every claim runs through their AI-powered verification system before submission. Denied claims get worked actively until they’re resolved. Clinics get real people, real follow-up, and actual visibility into what’s happening with their money.

According to the company, the results show up fast. One pediatric clinic recovered $60,000 in two weeks. Five practices have already replaced offshore teams with their service. Clients can expect 30% higher collections within weeks of onboarding, with the company reporting clean-claim rates of 95-98%. The pricing structure is straightforward: $5 per processed bill plus 6% of successfully recovered claims. No setup fees, no retainers, no contracts locking you in.

Transparency is central to their approach. Their client portal shows real-time claim status, pending submissions, denials, and recovered revenue. There’s no black box. Practices can see exactly where their money is and what’s being done about it.

They integrate with over 50 practice management systems including AthenaHealth, Kareo, Epic, and Cerner. Onboarding takes 48-72 hours. Claims start processing immediately after verification. The company reports that denial management happens within 24 hours, typically recovering $30,000-$60,000 in previously denied claims within the first month.

Gonzalez is expanding their internal verification technology and rolling out specialty-specific billing teams. The company offers free revenue audits for practices that want to see exactly where money’s being lost. You can connect with them on LinkedIn or Instagram for updates on new features and case studies.

The broader point here is simple. Medical billing doesn’t have to drain resources or lose money. With trained people, proper systems, and real accountability, practices can collect what they’ve actually earned without hiring more internal staff. That conversation in Hawaii turned into a solution for a problem most clinics didn’t realize they could fix.

Amazon has become a primary sales channel for businesses of all sizes, but its scale also brings strict enforcement. Seller accounts can be suspended with little warning, often resulting in frozen funds, inaccessible inventory, and halted operations. For many sellers, the reinstatement process is unclear, technical, and emotionally charged.

aSellingSecrets has focused almost exclusively on solving this challenge, achieving a 97% success rate in reinstating Amazon Seller Accounts.

Rather than treating account suspensions as isolated incidents, the company approaches reinstatement as a structured recovery process. Over time, repeated exposure to enforcement actions revealed that suspensions often follow identifiable patterns tied to documentation gaps, operational inconsistencies, or misalignment with Amazon’s internal compliance standards.

Each reinstatement begins with a comprehensive account review. Instead of focusing solely on the suspension notice, the team examines historical seller performance, policy interactions, verification records, and activity signals that may have contributed to enforcement. In many cases, the stated violation is only part of a broader compliance issue.

Once the underlying cause is identified, a reinstatement strategy is developed with precision. The process prioritizes clarity, evidence, and policy alignment rather than volume or persistence. Responses are structured to address Amazon’s review logic directly, minimizing unnecessary communication and reducing the risk of further complications.

Reinstatement timelines vary depending on case complexity. Some accounts face simple verification issues, while others involve repeated enforcement flags or long-standing inconsistencies. aSellingSecrets operates with realistic expectations, recognizing that accuracy and sequencing play a greater role in outcomes than speed alone.

Through thousands of reinstatement cases, the company has refined its methodology into a repeatable framework. This framework evolves continuously as Amazon adjusts its enforcement systems, allowing the reinstatement process to remain aligned with current standards. The company reports a 97% success rate, reflecting consistency developed through experience rather than experimentation.

The reinstatement work is supported by experienced Amazon specialists and professional attorneys based in the United States, with recent expansion into the European Union. This regional expertise allows the company to navigate marketplace-specific policies and regulatory nuances that affect enforcement decisions.

While reinstatement remains the company’s primary focus, the same compliance principles are applied to preventive support. By assisting with LLC formation, Seller Central setup, and early operational guidance, aSellingSecrets helps new sellers reduce the likelihood of future suspensions.

As Amazon continues to increase automation and enforcement rigor, account reinstatement has become a discipline that requires structure, patience, and deep platform familiarity. aSellingSecrets’ journey reflects how specialization and repetition can turn a complex recovery process into a defined, manageable practice.

(888) 503-1388
customercare@asellingsecrets.com
business@asellingsecrets.com
www.asellingsecrets.com

Most dating apps feel like they’re owned by the same company because, well, they pretty much are. Match Corporation runs Tinder, Hinge, OkCupid, and Plenty of Fish, which means your options for finding someone online aren’t as varied as the app store makes it look. HundRoses, a dating platform launching for Canadian and American users, is stepping into that gap with a different approach.

The core idea is simple: build a dating app around respect and trust. HundRoses requires profile verification for anyone who wants to send messages. If you’re just browsing, verification isn’t necessary, but if you want to start a conversation, you need to prove you’re a real person. It’s a smart middle ground that filters out the fake accounts and bots without forcing everyone to hand over their ID just to look around.

The timing makes sense. Dating app fatigue isn’t just a complaint anymore, it’s a widespread problem. People are tired of endless swiping, dead-end conversations, and profiles that turn out to be fake or heavily misleading. The experience has become so predictable that users can spot a bot within seconds, and the constant stream of matches that never turn into actual dates has made the whole process feel pointless. HundRoses calls its approach “Swipe Less, Spark More,” and while that’s a tagline, it reflects what users have been asking for: platforms that prioritize genuine connections over keeping you addicted to the scroll.

Making verification mandatory for messaging is where HundRoses draws its line. Bumble and others have optional verification badges, but HundRoses is making it a requirement to communicate. That cuts through a lot of the noise that makes online dating feel exhausting. Anyone serious about meeting someone won’t mind the extra step, and everyone else gets filtered out automatically. It’s the kind of friction that actually improves the experience instead of degrading it.

HundRoses

The platform is currently in early access for singles in Canada and the U.S., offering VIP memberships to early adopters. This gives them room to refine the experience before scaling up, and the focus on North American users keeps things manageable instead of trying to be everything to everyone right away. There’s something to be said for a dating app that understands regional dating culture instead of applying the same algorithm globally.

HundRoses has an opening here. There’s real appetite for alternatives to the Match Corp ecosystem, and people are actively looking for dating apps that don’t feel like they’re designed to waste your time. The company is promising advanced matching algorithms and relationship-building tools tailored specifically for how Canadians and Americans date, which gives them a regional focus that the massive platforms can’t really deliver.

What makes the platform worth paying attention to is that verification requirement. It’s not revolutionary, but it’s a feature people have wanted for years that the big apps haven’t implemented as a standard. The difference between optional verification and mandatory verification for messaging is huge. It changes the entire dynamic of who you’re interacting with and eliminates the uncertainty that makes so many conversations feel like a waste of time.

If HundRoses can deliver on the respect and trust angle, they’re offering something that actually addresses why so many people hate using dating apps right now. That’s not a small thing when you’re competing against companies that have spent years perfecting the art of keeping you on the app without necessarily helping you find anyone.

TammyRenee: Transformational Leader, Philosopher, and Visionary Behind the WAVE Philosophy

TammyRenee is a transformational speaker, philosopher, author, and the visionary behind the WAVE Philosophy: Wisdom, Awareness, Vision, and Energy. Her work transcends the boundaries of conventional entrepreneurship, guiding introverted creatives and entrepreneurs to discover who they are at their core. Through her workshops, mentorship programs, books, and global storytelling initiatives, she empowers others to build businesses and lives that reflect their authentic values and energy.

Her approach to entrepreneurship is deeply rooted in alignment. TammyRenee believes that true success begins from within, when individuals reconnect with their inner wisdom and understand how they operate best. Her brand is not built on hustle culture or rigid systems, but on flow, creativity, and purpose. Through her global storytelling platform, Travel Live Globally, TammyRenee invites audiences to experience the world as a mirror of personal growth and discovery. Each destination, conversation, and story becomes a lesson in living boldly and authentically.

Her latest book, Grow & Go Global: A Mindset Guide for Introverted Entrepreneurs, offers a practical yet soulful roadmap for those who wish to build their brands from a place of inner clarity. Despite starting with no capital, TammyRenee transformed her creativity into a movement that inspires legacy, freedom, and self-discovery. Her journey is proof that transformation doesn’t require perfection. It requires awareness, intention, and energy. For TammyRenee, WAVE isn’t just a philosophy. It’s a lifestyle and a movement that challenges the world to live, work, and lead with purpose.

Building a Movement Rooted in Wisdom

What makes WAVE unique is that it doesn’t just offer services; it offers a way of life. WAVE stands for Wisdom, Awareness, Vision, and Energy, four guiding principles that form the foundation of everything the organization teaches, creates, and embodies. Instead of focusing solely on external success, TammyRenee begins with the inner landscape, helping individuals rediscover their truth and align it with their entrepreneurial path.

Through the WAVE framework, introverts, creatives, and soul-led entrepreneurs learn to turn their self-discovery journey into a foundation for business growth. The programs and workshops are designed to merge personal transformation with lifestyle design, empowering individuals to build businesses that mirror their personalities, values, and energetic strengths. From authentic communication to defining legacy, every element is rooted in self-awareness and mindful creation.

WAVE is not about teaching people how to hustle harder but how to create intentionally. It’s a bridge between entrepreneurship and global storytelling. Through Travel Live Globally, TammyRenee shows how living authentically can open doors to both freedom and connection across cultures. “We are not just a company,” she shares, “we are a movement that helps people discover their voice, own their power, and live their truth out loud.”

Standing Out in a Crowded Market

In an era saturated with coaching programs and business blueprints, TammyRenee differentiates her brand by fusing personal authenticity with energetic alignment. “We teach the WAVE way: Wisdom, Awareness, Vision, and Energy,” she explains. “Unlike other programs that push strategy without soul, WAVE helps people uncover who they are and what motivates them before building outward.”

Her philosophy challenges the one-size-fits-all approach to entrepreneurship. Every strategy, brand concept, and business model begins with clarity of self. This process doesn’t just lead to professional growth. It leads to personal liberation. “Our model fuses internal clarity with external impact,” she says, emphasizing that sustainable success comes from authenticity, not imitation.

Leadership from the Inside Out

Leadership, for TammyRenee, is about stewardship of energy, purpose, and community. As an introvert, she had to redefine what leadership meant for her. “I’ve learned that leadership doesn’t always mean being the loudest voice, but the most aligned one,” she reflects. Learning to collaborate, ask for support, and lead with consistency has been transformational in her journey.

She believes that the strongest leaders are those who embody self-awareness and model intentional living. “Leadership is about energy stewardship,” she shares. “It’s how you hold space for others while maintaining alignment with your own truth.” This redefinition of leadership continues to inspire those she mentors to lead with both confidence and compassion.

Advice for Aspiring Entrepreneurs

TammyRenee’s message to emerging entrepreneurs is rooted in connection. “You don’t have to do it alone,” she emphasizes. Entrepreneurship, especially for introverts and visionaries, can often feel isolating. Her advice is to embrace collaboration and vulnerability. “Your story is your strategy,” she reminds others. “Lean into your truth. It’s your strongest brand asset.”

She encourages creatives to remember that authenticity and alignment will always outlast trends. Building a business isn’t just about sales. It’s about creating impact from the inside out. “Build community, ask for help, and trust your process,” she adds. “That’s where real growth happens.”

Expanding Globally with Purpose

In the last few months, TammyRenee celebrated several milestones. She released her newest book, Grow & Go Global: A Mindset Guide for Introverted Entrepreneurs, a powerful resource for creatives looking to merge business with soulful living. She also expanded her global reach by speaking and training on the island of Curaçao, a defining experience that deepened her mission to empower others worldwide.

Looking Ahead: Travel Live Globally

TammyRenee is excited to announce the new season of her digital storytelling show, Travel Live Globally. This season, Exploring Curaçao, blends cultural exploration with transformational insight, encouraging viewers to see travel as both external adventure and internal awakening. The series is available on e360TV and YouTube.

The Grant Queen on a mission to make funding, freedom, and faith accessible to all.

Inga Nykole is a powerhouse entrepreneur, global speaker, and funding strategist redefining how small businesses and nonprofits access capital , especially FREE grant money that can change the course of their business without going into debt.

As the founder of Maximus Financial Group, Get Grants Daily, and ProMAX Hub, she has built a groundbreaking, easy-to-use AI powered ecosystem that helps entrepreneurs secure grants, gain business financing and credit approvals, and grow with confidence and clarity.

Inga believes the only barrier between your business dreams and the reality of them is faith, money, and massive action. That belief fuels everything she builds. That is why she gives entrepreneurs access to free funding opportunities streaming across all her platforms, including her Grant of the Week LIVE series, where she and her audience apply for real grant opportunities together in real time. Her mission is to remove the guesswork, provide real opportunity, and make sure access to money is no longer the obstacle that holds entrepreneurs back. Her work is not just about money. It is about movement.

Her newest book, From Giving It All to Getting It All: How to Stop Playing Small and Create the Life You Want to Live, is a raw and inspiring guide for women and entrepreneurs who have poured into everyone else while forgetting to pour into themselves. Through her story of resilience and reinvention, Inga teaches readers how to transform struggle into structure, passion into profit, and vision into value.

A Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award recipient, Inga has already helped thousands of entrepreneurs secure millions in free grant & business funding. Her companies bridge the gap between inspiration and implementation, turning ambition into action and purpose into prosperity. As she looks toward 2026, her vision is clear: to expand her global reach, amplify her speaking platform, and help one million entrepreneurs fund their freedom.

Building More Than Businesses. Building a Global Movement

Inga Nykole has built more than businesses. She has built a movement rooted in access, equity, and transformation. Through Maximus Financial Group, Get Grants Daily, and ProMAX Hub, she has created an interconnected ecosystem designed to take entrepreneurs from idea to impact.

Maximus Financial Group helps set solid business foundation from incorporation to tailored banking choices, grant readiness, and business credit consulting to help business owners establish credibility and long-term growth. Get Grants Daily simplifies the process of finding and winning funding with step-by-step guidance, live training, and an empowering community. ProMAX Hub brings the technology layer to life — a tech platform designed so entrepreneurs are not left behind but fully automated, competitive, organized, and capable in today’s world of technology.

Together, these brands represent Inga’s belief that funding should be simple, accessible, and transformational. Her focus is on helping women and minority owned businesses gain access to resources that allow them to thrive without relying solely on debt. Every service, class, and tool she creates reflects her mission to help entrepreneurs fund their purpose, build financial independence, and create lasting impact.

Standing Out in a Crowded Industry

Inga’s brand stands apart because she builds from the foundation up. While many focus on visibility, she focuses on viability. Likes and followers do not create legacy. Structure and sustainability do.

Her programs take entrepreneurs beyond motivation and into mastery. Business owners gain direct access to grants, business financing options, and automation systems that simplify operations and drive measurable growth. Her success stories speak louder than any campaign, real entrepreneurs securing real funding and building businesses that stand the test of time.

Inga’s authenticity fuels her leadership. She does not promise instant success. She teaches preparation, consistency, and alignment. Her goal is not to chase trends but to create transformation.

Scaling Through Systems, Faith, and Strategy

Inga knows that most entrepreneurs do not lack passion. They lack access. That realization inspired her to create The Grant Vault, a powerful membership platform that turns the process of finding and applying for free grant money into a guided, empowering experience.

Inside The Grant Vault, members access verified grants updated weekly, step-by-step application support, and tools that make applying faster and easier. The exclusive community allows users to find, apply, summit and store application responses to reuse later, saving time and winning more grants. Members celebrate wins together, building a community of accountability and encouragement.

With The Grant Vault, Inga transformed the process of funding from overwhelming to achievable. Entrepreneurs no longer chase opportunities. They build systems that attract them.

Innovation That Leads with Intention

For Inga Nykole, innovation is not about chasing trends. It is about staying ahead of them. She pilots every tool and system within her own businesses before introducing them to her clients. When she sees success, she scales fast and teaches others how to replicate the results.

Her AI powered platforms, automation systems, and technology driven solutions ensure that entrepreneurs never fall behind in a digital world. ProMAX Hub, her all-in-one CRM platform, is a cornerstone of that mission — empowering small businesses and nonprofits to stay efficient, automated, and connected through modern, intuitive systems.

For Inga, business is ministry. Every system she builds and every grant she teaches others to win is a reflection of her faith in action.

Her approach blends faith and functionality, keeping purpose at the center of progress. Whether she is speaking on stage, mentoring online, or hosting global workshops, Inga continues to prove that innovation and intention can coexist in business success.

2026 Vision: Expansion, Influence, and Impact

Looking ahead, Inga Nykole is stepping into one of her most significant seasons yet. In 2026, she will continue her mission on a broader scale as she campaigns for Virginia State Senator, a role that will allow her to advocate for small businesses, working families, and entrepreneurs who deserve equitable access to resources and funding.

Her companies will continue expanding globally, with The Grant Vault positioned as the leading online funding community for entrepreneurs and ProMAX Hub evolving into one of the top Black owned AI powered CRM platforms worldwide. She will also expand her global speaking tours, bringing her message of funding and freedom to audiences worldwide empowering entrepreneurs to build fundable, sustainable, and spiritually aligned businesses.

Even with her growing influence, Inga remains deeply rooted in faith, balance, and service. She values time with loved ones, cherishes reflection, and lives by the principle that real success is not measured by what you gain but by what you give.

A Mission That Outlives the Moment

“My mission is simple,” Inga says. “I want to ensure that the lack of access to money is never the reason someone fails to live their business dreams. My purpose is to make sure every entrepreneur has unlimited access to create the life they want to live while helping others do the same.”

With every book, brand, and breakthrough, Inga Nykole continues to redefine what it means to build wealth with purpose and lead with heart. She is more than a business strategist. She is a visionary changing how the world experiences funding, freedom, and faith.

Kellesia Sharay is a visionary entrepreneur, healer, and author who has transformed her own struggles into a mission to empower others. Specializing in helping introverted women and children heal from depression and childhood trauma, particularly those raised in cult environments. She discovered the therapeutic power of gardening, even for those with no prior experience. Her personal journey began in unexpected ways. With a background in cosmetology, she had long been interested in beauty and transformation, but her deepest battles were within. Facing depression and the weight of painful childhood memories, she sought unconventional methods to reclaim her life.

It was in the soil of her garden that Kellesia found the answers. By nurturing seeds into flourishing plants, she realized that their growth mirrored the human healing process. Over time, she cultivated close to 80 different fruits, vegetables, and herbs while planting more than eight fruit trees. With each harvest, she not only witnessed the beauty of nature but also experienced the fading of depression and the quieting of childhood trauma. Gardening became more than a hobby. It became a pathway to freedom, resilience, and renewal.

Today, Kellesia Sharay shares her journey with others, guiding women and children to connect with nature as a source of empowerment and healing. Her programs and writings emphasize that gardening requires no prior skill; only patience, presence, and willingness to grow. By showing others how to find peace and restoration in the soil, she has created a legacy of transformation that goes beyond the garden bed. Her story is proof that healing can be cultivated, and that even the most wounded roots can blossom into strength.

A Season of New Growth

Over the past three months, I’ve experienced one of the most fulfilling seasons of my entrepreneurial journey. I am proud to share that I published eight books, including three children’s books and two coloring books. These projects represented more than just words on a page. They were extensions of my mission to heal and inspire. The children’s books, in particular, allowed me to speak directly to young minds and hearts, encouraging them to explore their imagination, find comfort, and understand that they are never alone in their experiences. The coloring books, on the other hand, offered a creative outlet for both children and adults to relax, reflect, and engage with the healing process in a gentle, accessible way. Each of these books connected to my core belief that creativity and growth go hand in hand with healing. Whether it was planting a seed, writing a story, or coloring within the lines, every act of creation nurtured the soul. Publishing eight books became a major milestone for me because it allowed my message to reach people far beyond my garden. It showed that healing is possible in many forms and that transformation can be sparked by simple yet powerful tools.

Adding to that season of growth, I also had the incredible honor of speaking on September 14 at an event hosted by the dynamic Taurea Vision Avant. That opportunity was deeply meaningful because it gave me the space not only to share my story but also to inspire others to embrace the healing power of growth, both personal and spiritual. Being on that platform allowed me to connect with people who may have been searching for hope, direction, or simply the courage to begin their own healing journey. For me, events like this were never just about speaking. They were about planting seeds of change in the hearts of those listening. Each word, like each seed, had the potential to grow into something life-changing if nurtured with care and intention. My greatest hope was that those who heard me speak left with the inspiration to begin their own healing journey, whether through gardening, writing, or another creative path. Looking back, I can truly say that this season was about expansion, connection, and continuing to cultivate spaces where healing could thrive.

Planting Seeds for the Future

Looking ahead, I’m excited to share that I am hosting a Books & Brunch event on October 26th from 12 to 3 PM at 6511 Church St., Riverdale, GA 30274. This gathering will be more than just an event—it will be an opportunity to connect, share, and celebrate growth in all its forms. I’m currently working on finding someone to design flyers that will include a QR code, making it simple for attendees to RSVP and access details.

During Books & Brunch, I’ll be selling my books as well as my handmade hair products created from the garden, showcasing the many ways nature has played a role in my healing and creativity. The event will also feature a raffle, adding a touch of fun and excitement for participants. Most importantly, I’ll be sharing my personal story, offering insight into how gardening, writing, and creativity have helped me transform trauma into strength.

There’s something about the work that happens in places no one’s watching. No press cycles, no industry buzz, just someone building something real while everyone else looks somewhere else. That’s what’s happening in Clinton, North Carolina right now, and most people have no idea.

Monty Hobbs spent two decades working his way from production assistant to executive producer on shows like Warner Bros.’ One Tree Hill. He’s launched original IP that’s won Telly Awards and landed on streaming platforms. But what he’s doing now in Clinton isn’t about making another show. It’s about building the infrastructure to make shows, own IP, and create an economy around media production in a place most people wouldn’t think to look.

Clinton has 8,500 people. Hobbs isn’t there to reminisce. “Clinton represents every overlooked American town people counted out,” he says. “I came back to build industry, not nostalgia.”

Dirty Laundry Picture Company

Here’s what that looks like on the ground. Hobbs runs Dirty Laundry Picture Company, his production and IP development hub. He’s a 50/50 partner in Balabushka, the legacy billiards cue brand that’s been around since the 1950s, where he handles licensing. He’s developing Grace The Table, a culinary and cue culture series hosted by world champion pool player Allison Fisher. There’s also Secrets of Sampson, a docu-series he’s producing with Chad Thompson and Anthony Davis, shot by director of photography David Pascua, with Bill Hobbs on editing and post.

What’s interesting isn’t just the slate. It’s that Hobbs has already secured physical properties in Clinton and activated them. He’s not pitching a vision. He’s operating.

The results so far are tangible. One campaign pulled 650,000-plus organic reach in under 30 days without major ad spend. He’s got 17 confirmed network and streaming platform connections across his catalog. National talent is already involved: Erik Estrada, Allison Fisher, Wendy Kaufman, Gloria Gaynor. That’s not typical for a production operation in a small North Carolina town.

Dirty Laundry Picture Company

Hobbs is clear that Clinton isn’t the endgame. “This is phase one,” he says. “Clinton is proof of what’s possible, not the final location. We’re building a scalable model for American storytelling and industry revival that can be replicated nationwide.”

That’s the pitch, and it’s not unreasonable. Small towns across the country have lost industry, and media production is portable in ways manufacturing isn’t. You need crew, locations, and infrastructure, but you don’t need to be in a major market to produce content that ends up on major platforms. Hobbs is betting he can create a pipeline that trains local talent, generates tourism and events, and keeps dollars circulating locally instead of extracting them.

It’s worth watching because it’s addressing a real gap. There’s plenty of content being made, but most production economies are concentrated in a handful of cities. If Hobbs can prove the model works in Clinton, with measurable outcomes like platform deals and sustainable revenue, it becomes replicable. That’s different from just shooting a project on location and leaving.

Clinton, North Carolina

The cue brand partnership is smart. Balabushka has heritage and recognition in the billiards world, which gives Hobbs a licensing and merchandising base that isn’t dependent on any single project succeeding. Grace The Table ties that world into content, and Allison Fisher brings credibility. It’s not just making a show about pool. It’s building a business around the culture of it.

Hobbs talks about this as “industry, not content.” The distinction matters. Content is a single project. Industry is repeatable infrastructure. He’s building the latter. Whether it scales the way he’s planning remains to be seen, but the early indicators suggest people are paying attention. You don’t get national talent and streaming platform interest without something working.

Clinton is the test case. If Hobbs pulls this off, it changes the conversation about where media production happens and who gets to participate in it. The properties are real. The partnerships are real. The platform connections are real. Now it’s about execution and whether the model can sustain itself and expand.

Monty Hobbs on the radio @ Oldies 1170am in Clinton, North Carolina

What Hobbs is doing in Clinton won’t make headlines the way a flashy LA deal would. That’s probably the point. The work that actually changes things rarely happens where everyone’s already looking. It happens in towns people stopped betting on, built by people who decided the smart move wasn’t chasing what everyone else was chasing. Clinton isn’t the story because it’s sentimental. It’s the story because it might actually work. And if it does, Hobbs won’t be the only one doing it quietly somewhere no one expected.
